Steps for Registration

  1. Complete Google Form by scanning the QR Code or via https://bit.ly/ELHS2025FootballGolfTournament

  2. Select payment on the Google Registration Form & pay via:

    a) Credit Card via link will automatically populate once you submit the google form

    b) Check Payment - Check made payable to ELHS Football Boosters - Please complete and submit the Google Form & mail with check to ELHS Football Boosters Attn. Treasurer 1300 Silver Eagle Drive, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688 (or can pay at check in)
